What is Multicultural Therapy?
Multicultural therapy is a therapeutic approach that recognizes and respects the diverse cultural backgrounds, identities, and experiences of clients. It integrates cultural awareness into the therapeutic process, acknowledging how race, ethnicity, gender, religion, sexual orientation, and socioeconomic status can shape a person's worldview and mental health.
